But what you don’t know is that some of these vendors are able to sell these fruits with the help of Vamos Unidos.

Previously, vendors were subject to arrests and harassment by police, with regular fines and confiscation of merchandise.

Now with the help of Vamos Unidos things have changed.

Street vendors throughout New York City now have increased access to permits, and have built better relations with police.
